Delivery Times: Our estimated delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are approximate delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or peak holiday seasons.

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The return is applicable only if we sent you a wrong product. Which means, we sent you product with different print, different colour or different size than what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Post return process is completed, refund shall be issued within 5-7 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Further, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To help you achieve that, we will issue a Gift Card equal to the amount you paid for the returned goods, so that you can make a fresh purchase.
